Knowing Him Spritually

From the verses, The Father is greater than I (John 14:28), My God, My God, why have You forsaken Me? and No-one knows about that day or hour, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father (Mark 13:32), it is very clear to understand that God the Father is little greater than our Lord Jesus Christ (1 Cor. 15:27&28). When Abraham was called to sacrifice his own son on the one of the mountains in the region Moriah, our Lord Jesus, then called Jehovah, stopped him doing so in order to show that He is the only atoning sacrifice for our sins on the mount Golgotha, and not only for ours but also for the sins of the whole world (1 John 2:2). Outwardly seeing, our Lord Jesus was crucified and was put to death by Hebrews and Romans, but He was oppressed and afflicted by God the Father Who had laid on Him the iniquity of entire mankind so that in Him we might become the righteousness of God (Isaiah 53:6, 2 Cor. 5:21). So, as God the Father is greater than our Lord Jesus, He did all the above affairs and finally He made our Lord to be resurrected from dead in the following third day (Colossians 1:1, Romans 10:9).

In the book according to John, Jesus said, As the Father has life in Himself, so He has granted the Son to have life in Himself. (John 5:26). Therefore, from this we can clearly understand that God the Father and His only begotten Son and our Lord Jesus are having separate and specific identity both in Body and Spirit. As Adam and Eve were having separate and specific identities, though they are of same flesh and kind, so God the Father and our Lord Jesus are having separate and specific identities. When we compare Adam with God the Father and the Eve with our Lord Jesus, it is very useful to understand our Lord Jesus more clearly (Ephesians 5:31&32). Through Eve the sin entered the world but through our Lord Jesus Christ the Salvation from sin has come to us. Though Eve was born or created out of Adam, all the other beings of mankind were born out of Eve or woman and similarly all the creations were made of our Lord Jesus though He was born of God the Father. As a woman cannot conceive a child without a man so our Lord Jesus created heavens and the earth only according to the will of God the Father. The word of God was fulfilled in Christ Jesus at the statement Eve shall bring forth children with agony (Genesis 3:16), for He bore The Cross with great agony and went under the wrath of God the Father to bring forth The Salvation from sin. This fact was exhibited when Jesus Christ uttered His sixth word It is finished on the cross. So, if I am not exaggerating, we must consider God the Father as our eternal Father and our Lord Jesus Christ as our eternal Mother. When a child is born he must initially know the mother and then knows the father and similarly we initially must know, accept and receive our Lord Jesus as our God and Savior and through Him only we can reach God the Father in heaven which is the aim of our life.
